2. USERS

Any person or entity that accesses, browses, uses or participates in the services and activities, be they free or chargeable, developed through this Website, assumes the condition of user (hereinafter, the “User”), and as such, through said access, undertakes to observe and rigorously comply with the provisions herein, as well as any other legal provision that may apply, in order to make correct use of the Website. The User will be liable to PRISMA and to third parties for any damages that may be caused as a consequence of the breach of said obligation.

3. MODIFICATIONS

PRISMA reserves the right to unilaterally make the modifications it deems pertinent on the Website, reserving the right to change, delete or add contents and the services provided through it, with no obligation to notify or inform the users of such modifications, understanding their publication on the Website to be sufficient.

The duration of the provision of the portal service is limited to the moment in which the User is connected to the Website or to any of the services it provides. Therefore, on each occasion that the User intends to use the Website, he or she should carefully read this Legal Disclaimer, given as it and its respective conditions of use may be altered at any time.

The Website provides free and open access to a large amount of information, services and data (hereinafter, the “Contents”), the property of which belongs to PRISMA or to its licensors, to whom the User may have access.

The User assumes responsibility for appropriate use of the portal in accordance with the Law and these conditions, responsibility that extends to the use of the content provided. The User will be solely responsible for the false or inaccurate statements made and the damages caused to PRISMA or third parties by the information provided.

Likewise, all the brands, trade names or distinctive signs of any kind that appear on the Website are the property of PRISMA, and the use or access to it does not attribute any right over them to the User.

The total or partial reproduction, exploitation, distribution, modification, transfer or public communication of the Contents and any other act that has not been expressly authorized by the owner of the exploitation rights, is prohibited. The relationships established between PRISMA, owner of the Website, and the User, will be governed by current Spanish regulations, and the resolution of any possible controversy that may arise will be subject to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid, unless another jurisdiction must be established by legal imperative.
